Do you still need volunteers for the resale?
Yes! We are always looking for extra help each sale. If you would like to get more information please send an email to Director@gpresale.com
Is child care provided for volunteers?
No, childcare is not available for volunteers. Volunteers cannot bring children with them during their shift unless the child is a nursing infant.
Something came up and I can’t work my shift, what should I do?
Please email the director at email@example.com Our volunteers are critical to keeping things on track, so the sooner you contact us the better. If a volunteer does not show up and fails to email ahead of time, they will not be permitted to volunteer for the next resale.
I can’t work my shift, can I send someone in my place?
Yes you can send someone in your place. Please have your guest contact one of the directors once they arrive to work your shift.
I can’t remember when my shift is, how do I find out?
A post card is sent to all volunteers to remind you of your shift. If you lose the card, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to get back to you as soon as possible.
What is shop time for volunteers?
Volunteers (4 1/2 hour shifts) Friday 8:15 – 9:45 pm
Can volunteers bring a family member along to shop on Friday?
No, only the volunteer can shop.
